How do I check the status of my order?
Sign onto your account and select the order number under Order History. The status of your order will be updated as we proceed with your order.
Can I make changes or cancel my order once completed?
Yes, as long as the package has not been sent. For any changes to your order, please contact us toll free at 1-855-499-0076 as soon as possible!
What happens if one of the items ordered is not in stock?
If an ordered item is currently out of stock we will contact you. You will be provided the option to replace the item with another item, let us see if it is available in our warehouse or have your money refunded.
Are there taxes on your products?
Taxes will be charged depending on which Province you reside. Taxes will not be charged on shipments to the United States.

Currently we only ship to Canada and the United States.

Can I receive a package to a different address then my billing address?
No, we do not offer to ship to a different shipping address then the billing address to prevent any kind of fraudulent transactions.
