It’s easy! Follow these 5 easy steps to return your item(s):
- Contact us toll free at 1-855-499-0076 (locally at (514) 499-0076) (no later than 15 days after receipt of your item).
- You will be provided a Return Merchandise Authorization number (“RMA”) to track merchandise being returned.
(NOTE: Should the sole reason for your return be an error on our part, once confirmed, a return label will be e-mailed to you. By placing this return label onto your package, the return shipping will be at our expense.
- Once you have received a RMA number, please return the merchandise in its original packaging.
- Before sealing the package, please ensure to enclose a copy of the invoice and a note explaining the reason for your return. (It is important that you keep the original packaging and labels on the sent item)

- Unless a pre-paid shipping label has been provided to you, shipping costs for all returned merchandise must be pre-paid. All merchandise returned without a RMA number or shipped as Cash On Delivery (“COD”) without our authorization will be refused and returned at your expense.
Once the merchandise is received, we will contact you to complete the exchange/return process.
IMPORTANT: In the case that merchandise is damaged, a refund or exchange will not be provided. To ensure this does not occur, please package the merchandise carefully. Merchandise that has been washed, worn, or missing original tags will NOT be accepted for refund or exchange. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
