Shopcitystyles.com will not be responsible for any delays in the shipment or delivery of items sent, noting that the normal period of delay for the delivery is one to seven working days. The delay for delivery varies according to the service chosen. Shopcitystyles.com offers no guarantee of receipt on time. The norms applicable to the service of Canada Post have been established in relation to the date of deposit (Day 0) plus the number of maximum working days required for the delivery, with the exception of weekends and vacation days. All returns must be made within a delay of 15 days following the date of receipt of shipment, this delay being a deadline and strictly applied after which, no return will be accepted.
All products returned must be wrapped or rewrapped in their original wrapping and all original labels must remain as they were on the product and must be included with the wrapping returned.
Shopcitystyles.com will accept no return of any products that have been worn, washed or damaged.
All products returned without an authorization number of return will be automatically returned to the sender, the costs of which will be assumed by the later.
